This is the personal data processing policy required by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. It covers the iOS and Android apps and the websites. The full explanation of each data item is in the Privacy Policy.

1. Controller

2–3. Legal framework and definitions

Article 15 of the Colombian Constitution, Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, with the definitions of that law (data subject, controller, processor, processing, sensitive data, authorization).

4. Data we process

Depending on how each person uses the platform: account and profile data, content, usage and device data, IP address and device identifier collected for security, approximate or precise location, transactions, and specific data for business customers, couriers, businesses and the optional Conoce and Ideal match features. The platform does not ask for health or biometric data. The sensitive data of Ideal match are optional, used only for automatic matching and never shown to other users.

5. Purposes

Managing the account, providing and improving the services, processing orders and payments, sending notifications, moderating content and appeals, preventing fraud and the return of sanctioned users, protecting minors, handling requests and meeting legal obligations.

6. Processors and international transfer

Google, Cloudflare, LiveKit, api.video, Meta, Resend, Wompi, ePayco, AI and search providers, and image moderation providers. Several operate outside Colombia, mainly in the United States. Personal data are not sold.

7–8. Rights and authorization

You can know, update, correct and delete your data, ask for proof of your authorization, be informed of its use, complain to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce and access your data free of charge. Authorization is given when you sign up and accept these policies; MegaPok keeps the accepted version, date and account.

9–10. Queries and claims

Write to privacidad@medallovip.com with your name and registered phone number. Queries: up to 10 business days (extendable by 5). Claims: up to 15 business days (extendable by 8). Account deletion from the app, with a 30-day grace period.

11–12. Security, minors and validity

Reasonable security measures. Registration requires at least 15 years of age. This policy is in force since September 6, 2026.
