Community guidelines

MegaPok is for creating, sharing, selling, playing and meeting people with respect. These guidelines summarize in plain language the Terms of Service (sections 6, 7 and 11), which prevail if in doubt. They apply to posts, stories, comments, messages, live streams, events, products, businesses, profiles and places.

1. Respect people

Harassment, threats, intimidation, hate speech and incitement to violence are not allowed. Neither is posting someone else's personal data without their consent.

2. Be yourself

Don't impersonate another person, brand or business, or create accounts to deceive. If an account is sanctioned, don't try to come back with another one: the sanction may extend to the device or connection.

3. Nothing illegal or deceptive

No scams, fraud, pyramid schemes, defamatory content or malware, and no attempts to break the security of MegaPok or other people.

4. Minors: zero tolerance

Any content that sexualizes a minor is removed immediately, the account is suspended while it is reviewed and the case may be reported to the authorities.

5. Sexual and violent content

• Not allowed: pornography or explicit sexual activity, nudity with a sexual purpose, gore (mutilation, entrails, heavy bleeding), real extreme violence, or content that promotes self-harm or suicide.
• Allowed: suggestive content without explicit nudity (swimwear, underwear, fashion, art), minor blood or a common accident, and weapons in a non-violent context.

6. No spam

Don't flood the platform with repeated messages, misleading links or unsolicited advertising.

7. Post what is yours

Upload only your own content or content you have permission to use (music, images, brands). If someone uses your work, see Copyright claim.

8. Dating is 18+ only

Conoce and Ideal match are only for people over 18, as are payments, withdrawals, monetization, live streams and courier work. Read the dating safety tips.

How to report and block

Inside the app you can report a post, comment, live stream or profile from its menu, and block anyone from their profile. A person on our team reviews reports. If someone is in immediate danger, call your country's emergency number (123 in Colombia).

What happens if you break the rules

• Images, videos and live-stream frames are checked automatically before being shown; doubtful cases are reviewed by a person.
• Content that breaks the rules is removed and a violation is recorded with its reason and a severity from 1 to 10. We notify you, and in «Violations» you can see your account status: in good standing, warned, restricted or suspended.
• Sanctions are gradual: warnings, temporary posting limits and, only after many violations or in an extreme case, a temporary 48 to 72 hour suspension while a person reviews it.
• Permanent account closure and device or IP bans are always decided by a person, never by an automated system.
• You can always appeal from the app. If we agree with you, the violation is cancelled and the content is restored.
