MegaPok respects intellectual property. If content posted on MegaPok uses your work without permission, you can request its removal through the notice-and-takedown procedure of the Intellectual Property Policy, based on the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) and Colombian law.

From the app

If you own (or represent) a song, a radio station, a TV channel or a post, you can use the «Claim rights» option on that content inside the app. You can also use the form on this page or write to dmca@medallovip.com.

What happens next

A person on our team reviews the claim. Incomplete claims may not be processed.
If valid, we remove or disable the content and, when reasonably possible, notify the person who posted it.
The uploader can send a counter-notice if they believe it was removed by mistake. We may restore the content if the claimant does not start legal action within the legal term.
We apply a policy of closing the accounts of repeat infringers.

False or abusive claims may lead to action on the claimant's account and to legal liability.
