These Terms are a binding agreement between you and MegaPok and govern the app, the website and all related services. By signing up or using MegaPok you accept them.

1. Who provides the service

2. Acceptance

Using the services means you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Policy and the Intellectual Property Policy, which are part of this agreement.

3. Minimum age

You must be at least 15 to create an account. Payments, monetization, withdrawals, dating/matching and adult (18+) content are only for people over 18. Minors declare they have their parents' or guardians' permission. We may ask for age verification and suspend accounts that do not comply.

4. Your account

You sign up with a phone number and a PIN. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account, and must give truthful information. Report unauthorized use to soporte@medallovip.com. We may limit the number of accounts per device to prevent fraud.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to what you post. You grant MegaPok a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt, show and distribute it only to operate, promote and improve the services. The license ends when you delete the content, except where it was already shared or must be kept by law. You guarantee you hold the rights (music, images, trademarks, image rights) to post it.

6. Prohibited content

Illegal, defamatory, fraudulent or misleading content; hate speech, violence, harassment or threats; any sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance); content promoting self-harm or suicide; copyright infringement; spam, pyramid schemes, scams or impersonation; malware; and sharing other people's personal data without consent. Pornography, sexual nudity, gore and real extreme violence are not allowed; suggestive content without explicit nudity is. See the community guidelines.

7. Moderation and appeals

Images, videos and live-stream frames are checked automatically, with external providers, before being shown; doubtful cases are reviewed by a person. Breaking the rules removes the content and records a violation with a severity from 1 to 10. Sanctions are gradual (warnings, temporary posting limits and, only in extreme cases, a 48–72 hour suspension). Permanent account closure and device or IP bans are always decided by a person. You can always appeal from the app.

8. Wallet, gifts and payments

Payments go through external providers (payment gateways and the Apple and Google stores). Balances and virtual gifts are not legal tender, earn no interest and, unless the law requires otherwise, are non-refundable. Withdrawals require identity verification and anti-fraud checks. We may hold or reverse transactions linked to fraud or errors.

9–10. Intellectual property

The software, design and brands of MegaPok belong to MegaPok or its licensors. If content infringes your copyright, use the in-app «Claim rights» option or the copyright claim page.

11. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaking these Terms or the law; serious cases may extend to the device or connection used. We apply a repeat-infringer policy and cooperate with authorities upon formal request.

12–14. Warranties, liability and indemnity

The services are provided «as is». To the extent the law allows, MegaPok is not liable for indirect damages or for third-party content or conduct; consumer rights under Colombian law are not limited. You agree to indemnify MegaPok for claims arising from your content or breach.

15. Marketplace, events and dating

MegaPok only connects users; it is not a party to their transactions or relationships. Suggestions in «Conoce» and «Ideal match» are automatic recommendations based on what each user declares; MegaPok does not verify those statements or guarantee any result. «Ideal match» is only for single adults over 18. 16–18. Law, changes and contact
