Make your account private

Choose who sees your posts.

With a private account, only the people you approve see your posts. Private posts show a padlock and are never shown to third parties.

Step by step

1. Open your profile and tap the ☰ menu.
2. Go to “Settings and privacy” › “Privacy & security” › “Privacy”.
3. Turn on “Private account”.
